Krivian Bakery LLC (“Krivian Bakery”, “we”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you log in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, which Google shares with us. We use them to know who an order is for and to contact you about it.
• Your cart: the cookies in your cart are saved in your own browser, not on our servers.
• When you place an order: the details you give us, like your phone number, pickup day and notes.

How we use it

• To make your order, have it ready for pickup, support it, and to contact you about it.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers.

Cookies (the website kind)

When you log in, we store a small, secure cookie in your browser so you stay logged in for up to 30 days. Logging out removes it.

Payments

When online payment is available, card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Your choices

You can log out at any time, and you can ask us to delete the information we have about you.

Children

This website isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Terms of Sale

• Orders: cookies are sold in packs of 4: 4 for $32, 8 for $64 and 12 for $96, with up to 12 cookies per order. An order is confirmed once we accept it.
• Prices: prices are in US dollars and can change. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
• Freshness: our cookies are baked fresh and are best enjoyed within a few days.
• Cancellations and refunds: because every order is baked fresh for you, please contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
• Availability: we may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if we can’t bake it in time.

Allergens

Our cookies are made with ingredients that commonly cause allergies, including wheat (gluten), milk and eggs, and chocolate that may contain soy. They’re made in a kitchen that may also handle other allergens such as nuts. If you have an allergy, please ask us about ingredients before ordering.
